The Buildery Group operates a collection of brands to include: We are Building Montana, McKenzie Corner, The Views at Batavia Ridge, and more. We began documenting our home renovation projects online, after years of DIY. We started with the design diary of Casa Rossi, our former Modern-Traditional Craftsman in Colorado, a few years after moving in. Although we had both been renovating our own homes and around the trades our whole lives, thanks to our parents who had us involved in projects from a young age, we learned that we had complimentary skills together as a husband + wife design and build duo.

We discovered a passion for creating experiential stays when we launched @McKenzieCorner our MidCentury-Made-Modern rambler built in 1950 that we flipped-to-rent as a Short Term Rental in Waco, TX. We took 11 trips back and forth from Colorado to Texas to flip this house from top to bottom in just over 90 days. We listed it in November 2022, and since then this stylish dream home has been consistently 5 star-guest rated and is affectionately known as the “Most Inspiring and Comfortable Stay in Waco” and we recently reached over 50 five-star reviews. This space features innovative brands, approachable designer decor and artists that we curated for the maximum guest experience. You can find McKenzie Corner  on Airbnb & VRBO.
