Some start at the beginning. We are going to mix it up a bit…and well…start, right here. Right in the middle. Hi—we are Julia and Kevin. We are married 15 years, are parents to 3 love nuggets. We are both builders, creators and natives to Colorado.

Kevin spent 20 years as a public servant in Law Enforcement and also happens to brew award-winning beer for our 3 Pints Brewery family brand for fun. He grew up apprenticing under his dad, who owned an electric company for over 30 years in Loveland, CO, and watching his mom succeed as a top Realtor in Northern Colorado. He has always had a passion for DIY and home renovation and worked on projects in parallel to is career as a Police Officer. After retiring from law enforcement, together with Julia, he decided to peruse his renovation passion full time. Julia is an artist and designer but spent 20 years as a Sales/Marketing professional and entrepreneur, even having had her own company, which appeared on season 6 of Shark Tank. She spent much of her career helping companies scale their go-to-market teams and now spends her time growing their bespoke family Design + Build business, GreyDomain, with Kevin! She grew up helping her parents renovate houses and has fond memories of her dad build their furniture, and her mom rearrange rooms with care…and the perfect amount of lamps. Our unique skillset mashup makes us the design + build team of dreams—-and FUN!

We moved into Casa Rossi just about 10 years ago, when we took the opportunity to build home in a Planned Unit Development, where most of the houses in the neighborhood looked similar. Since the beginning, we had a unique vision for our home. We worked since design-center-day-one to separate our casa from the same models in our neighborhood by inserting our own style and design point of view, inside and out. Julia designs and ideates…Kevin builds (and tries to talk Julia out of many of her wild ideas.) Julia loves to paint. Kevin hates to paint. Kevin can lift heavy things; Julia likes to buy heavy things. You see, we make a good team. Join us as we launch into the behind-the-scenes of projects, work on client showcases, highlight brands/products we love and bring you all of the curated sources for these spaces!

Oh, and remember those brewing skills? Yes, we also like a good meal and bevy! We share the occasional recipe, foodie recommendation, cocktail or craft beer as well as lifestyle/family related content to keep it real as our lives evolve on the daily.
